最近看到一個軟體，他十分相似於 Windows 內建的「排定工作」…並號稱兼容性很強，幾乎什麼都能作到。
他的名字叫做「FireDaemon」，這工具可以讓你排程與執行任何 Win32 的軟體或程式 (例：BAT/CMD, Perl, Java, Python, TCL/TK) 。
特色是設定簡單 (直接從 GUI 或 XML 設定)、消耗相當少量的記憶體與 CPU 資源、子程序優先權、客制環境、CPU 限制加強監視並可紀錄事件。

UTF-8編碼是現在文字格式的儲存主流，但Windows新增文字的範本是ANSI格式，手動更改編碼成UTF-8/Unicode變成一個常態動作。
所以介紹一下更改Windows預設新增模板的方法：
